Daylon Magician to Stand in 2018 At Mac Lilley Farms

Daylon Magician, the richest son of sire, Kadabra, will be standing stud duty for 2018 at Mac Lilley Farms, in Dutton, Ontario.

After making almost $2 Million dollars racing, Daylon Magician has now proven that he can pass on those great trotting abilities to his offspring.

From six foals he has produced five starters that include: Scene A Magician 1:57.2s ($120,692) and Gisele Treelane 1:55.3s ($81,883).

Daylon Magician was plagued with fertility issues early in his breeding career. After a two-year vacation, these fertility issues look to be a thing of the past.

His semen was evaluated by Plante Veterinary Services in 2017.

Their comment was. “Everything is in the normal range for semen obtained from a fertile stallion.”

Owners, Dave and Mary Lemon, of Komoka, Ontario, raised and campaigned Daylon Magician throughout his two and three-year-old career. As a two-year-old, he won in the OSS Gold Division and concluded the year with an impressive come-from-behind victory in the $300,000 Super final in 1:55.3s.

His victories include seven OSS Gold events, the Canadian Breeders Championship (in a career best of 1:52.3), the Goodtimes consolation, and the coveted $1 million Canadian Trotting Classic against the best of his class in North America.

Daylon Magician’s service fee for 2018 will be $4,000.

Jack Moiseyev drove Daylon Magician for most of his races. If you have any questions about Daylon Magician talk to Jack because:
